Investigate the behaviour of native scrollbars.

Linux: #171

Windows:

  • The scrollbar appears in the file explorer even though there is nothing to scroll.
  • It renders in a light mode even though my Windows settings are set to dark mode.
    • The application WebView seems to know about the dark mode setting because the UI rendered in dark mode.
