Proprietary video codecs fail to load on Linux

Describe the bug

I believe this is a codec issue, but on Sable specifically, I cannot see these MP4 files that are being sent

On other clients, such as Element, they load fine

Leaving me to believe this is a client issue.

Both of the MP4 files shown here are AVC codec

Reproduction

Embed MP4 file (Currently tested as AVC not working)
Try to play
Fails

Expected behavior

The embedded media should play fine.

I enabled "Error Reporting" and did a "Start Capture" went through my memes room and tried to play all the broken MP4s, and tried to download, then hit "Stop Capture"

I looked through the logs just in case, and it looks like its not logging really anything useful?

This is still happening for me. MP4 files still refuse to load

sorry it's actually an issue with codec and cef, i'm working on finishing the livekit call so we can move to wry for linux
