[Android] app records audio indefinitely

Describe the bug

accidental rapid clicks on the "voice recording" button can make sable record audio indefinitely
this can e.g. happen if one happens to just brush slightly over the "voice recording" button, so that it rapidly alternates between registering the touch and not registering it

Reproduction

1. permit sable to record audio while the app is open
2. rapidly mash the voice recording button
3. observe the green dot in the top right/swipe down to see mic is recording

ping me to record a video if it turns out to be hard to reproduce on other devices

Expected behavior

stop recording audio as soon as the text field is displayed again
