Reference systems built the way a production team would build them, for anyone who wants to see how a whole platform fits together. The first is a commerce platform, and its payments run against a sandbox only.
Work starts as a GitHub issue and moves through stage:brief, stage:research, stage:plan,
stage:execute, stage:review and stage:done. Every change reaches main through a pull request
that passes the required checks. The record of each piece of work stays on its issue.
The repositories are scaffolded, and there is no application code yet.
commerce: the commerce platform, with each of its repositories as a submodule. Start here.- commerce work: the team Project, where the work is planned in two-week sprints.
design-system: components, design tokens and documentation, published as packages.agent-workflow-tooling: the agent skills, workflows and CLI used to build the rest.
