With Zelos "connection point" is not computed correctly for a block that comes from toolbox #10145
I have searched for similar issues before opening a new one.
Description
With Zelos, when I get a block directly from the toolbox, the "connection point" (sorry if I don't have the correct vocabulary!) is not correctly computed.
When I drop the same block and drag it again from workspace, the computation is correct.
I don't think this is specific to Zelos; it can also be replicated by dragging out an if block and attempting to connect it to the top of an existing statement block. Wrapping and connecting to the bottom works, but connecting a dragged if block to a topmost previous connection doesn't work until the if block has been dropped on the workspace, then picked back up.

PS: it doesn't seem to be a regression from v13.
