Deleting blocks via dragging does not work anymore when zoom isn't on default

Description

Whenever the zoom is on the default value I can delete blocks by dragging them into the trashcan or the toolbox.

But when I zoom in or out to any extent, dragging the block on either the toolbox or the trashcan, it doesn't gets deleted. It just drops back onto the workspace.
The trashcan opening animation doesn't show as well in that state but the cursor still changes to the red cross (shown in the screenshot below).

This bug didn't appear in the v12 Versions but did happen in 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 - at least on my side

Reproduction steps

1. create a workspace with zoom capabilities
2. zoom in or out
3. try to delete a block by dragging it onto the trashcan or toolbox
