The GitHub runner already ships cargo-clippy for 1.96, so listing clippy in rust-toolchain.toml made `cargo install` fail with a bin/cargo-clippy conflict. Pin the benchmark action to the current MSRV while dropping the duplicate components. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
