Like mm_args2, but merges Alien compile/link flags into the named arguments accepted by Devel::CheckLib's assert_lib, check_lib and check_lib_or_exit (incpath/ccflags/libpath/ldflags), so a lib/header probe can be resolved using the Alien's environment.
