In PoB it should show the 25% increased effect but does not

Check version

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the behaviour in-game?

In game the cluster jewel (photos will be included) shows the 25% increased effect when slotted into the passive tree

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Path of building is not showing the 25% increased effect in at least the preview and possibly the calculations as well.

How to reproduce the issue

I copy and pasted the cluster jewel I had crafted in PoB
I removed an earlier jewel I was testing
Slotted in the new cluster jewel in PoB

PoB for PoE1 build code

Both cluster jewels I had issues with are in the PoB

The calculations still exist in the Calcs tab, it's just a long-standing display issue on the tree
