read inputs and model coefficients from a (config?) file #8
Defining these things in python files is a bit user-unfriendly, and makes programmatic file choice difficult. (how do you import a python script from a directory string?)
on second thought, if function definition settings are included in the config file, then programmatic imports will be needed anyway... Looks like it's not too hard using 'import imp' and 'imp.load_source()'.
inputs should not come from a file! They should be generated by the input function based on the contents of a file. It sounds like a silly distinction, but it is important because this input file is actually defining the environment. Thus, there should be a 'personality' file as well as an 'environment' file which is read-only to the input.
