Transfer modules in github repos to PDLPorters

I have seven PDL modules that I'd like to transfer to the appropriate organization. PDLPorters looks like the right place, if its maintainers are interested.

The modules are:

• PDL-Fit-Levmar
• PDL-DSP-Fir
• PDL-DSP-Windows
• PDL-IO-Matlab
• PDL-DSP-Iir
• PDL-StatPhys-Cluster
• PDL-GSL-BSpline

This should be a list. But GH and my browser are misbehaving, so I am not sure:

Yes, we can do that. @mohawk2 had opened an issue on that process here:

• Transfer to PDLPorters? PDL-Fit-Levmar#11

I believe that @mohawk2 has the PAUSE bits for some of these to do some release updates, but I have not checked.

Ah, also, you have to set the Type filter to "All": https://github.com/jlapeyre?tab=repositories&q=pdl&type= otherwise it hides archived repositories.

I transferred PDL-Fit-Levmar to @mohawk2 as suggested in PDLPorters/PDL-Fit-Levmar#11 .

That still leaves six modules :)

If the 3 archived ones need unarchiving before you can transfer them, then that's very close to the "Transfer" option in "Settings".
