[BUG] 能不能解决一下上传文件，但是文件列表没有刷新的问题啊，这个问题提了好久都一直没得到解决，虽然是重复提问，还是很想得到答复。 #1725

假设驱动的缓存时间是30分钟，某一时刻用户首先在 OpenList 中访问了目录，产生了目录缓存，下一瞬间在该目录下上传了一个文件
以上是程序正确时应有的运行效果，如果你的需求与以上内容本身冲突，那么很抱歉我们没有做出相应修改的计划，这很大程度上是技术条件受限所造成的，比如对于不提供 WebHook 接口的驱动，我们没有任何办法监听“用户在非 OpenList 途径上传了一个文件”这一事件。如果你的业务需要非常频繁的修改驱动中的内容并且要求能够从 OpenList 中实时看到最新的结果，我们强烈建议你通过将驱动的缓存时间设置为 0 以绕过整个缓存模块。
如果目前最新版本的 OpenList 运行效果与以上某一条不符，请告诉我们具体是哪一条或几条出现了问题，以方便我们进一步进行排查。

这个问题上次看过，上传后刷新请求是带强制刷新参数，可能是刷新太快导致的。

我也有这种情况，而且更奇怪，我是部署在中兴F50上的，使用本地挂载，我在平板和电脑上同时打开openlist web，平板上覆盖上传了一个文件，平板上刷新了文件也更新了，但是电脑（上传文件前打开的网页没有关闭）上还是之前的文件，而且怎么刷新都没用。

之前另一个设备是停留在word preview的页面，可能是这个问题导致的？我现在每次上传文件确保其他设备的网页 关闭，暂时没有出现 这个问题了，感觉是 上传 之后重新打开另一个设备的网页，因为有网页缓存，没有及时更新，会把旧的文件又替换回去？
