Synkronus no longer applies a 15s absolute ReadTimeout/WriteTimeout, which aborted legitimate pull, push, attachment, and bundle transfers before they could finish. Request headers stay bounded at 25s (Slowloris); login/refresh stay at 25s via TimeoutHandler; nginx proxy send/read timeouts are 600s. Formulus always starts conservative (pull page 32, push batch 4) and AIMDs toward the API max on a good link, shrinking as far as 1 observation on a dying radio. Attachment downloads stay serial. Observation JSON can complete while photos remain pending. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
