Desktop import enhancements
This PR makes the import process a bit smoother by fixing various issues and making some processes async.
It also adds an overview tab to the "Observations" list.
Finally it fixes some errors regarding index-rebuilding in ODE Desktop following an import when no synkronus server connection is present.
