Enhanced the app bundle management

Description

• Enhanced the app bundle management by adding a new downloadAndApplyAppBundle function in the Tauri client, which supports native downloading and applying of app bundles.
• Introduced progress tracking for bundle downloads and index rebuilding, emitting events for UI updates.
• Updated the UI to reflect the download and apply progress, including a new progress bar.
• Modified the ProfilesPage and WorkbenchBundlesPage components to handle unsaved changes and integrate the new bundle functionality.
• Added new types and interfaces to manage bundle application state and progress.
