Add apk-mitm for automated Network Security Config patching (Android)

Currently, the guide covers manual methods (like modifying network_security_config.xml via apktool) or using heavy frameworks to bypass User CA restrictions on non-rooted Android 7+ devices.

I'd like to propose mentioning apk-mitm as a lightweight, automated alternative. It significantly speeds up the environment preparation phase by automatically patching the APK to trust user-added certificates.

Would you be open to a small PR adding this to the relevant Network Communication / Basic Security Testing section?

I use https://github.com/TheDauntless/patch-apk myself, which seems to have a lot of overlap:

• Pull from device
• Merge split apks
• Fix NSC
• Inject frida gadget
• Resign + reinstall

It's also actively maintained (by me), as issues sometimes pop up with merging split apks.

Hi @TheDauntless, thanks for sharing! I just checked out the patch-apk repo and it looks fantastic for device-connected workflows and Frida injection. Meanwhile, apk-mitm serves a different use case: a standalone tool for statically patching local APKs/Bundles without needing ADB or an active device connection during the patching process. Do you think it makes sense to include both to cover these distinct scenarios?
