ci: drop the unused @actions/core dependency from the scripts - #199

The scripts only take types from @actions/github. @actions/core pulled in @actions/http-client 2, and with it undici 5, @fastify/busboy and uuid, whose advisories Dependabot cannot fix without a newer @actions/core. Without it, npm audit finds no vulnerabilities.
