Description

Add API Route as a first-class template in the provider setup wizard. It uses the existing OpenAI-compatible client with the fixed https://global.api-route.com/v1 endpoint and an editable model ID, so no new SDK integration is needed.

This follows the recently merged Cheaper Inference template and includes provider documentation, a changeset, and focused tests.
