Describe the bug
test_ivf_flat.py::test_filtered_ivf_flat[0.5] intermittently, but frequently, fails with an AssertionError

Steps/Code to reproduce bug
PR or nightly CI tests failing in CUDA 12 & 13 for wheel and conda-python tests.

Expected behavior
Test meets the recall expectation.
