implement this CIP to showcase how it works in colab with Eternl and Lace
all existing wallets must still work and supported
user can decide which wallet type to create, 1. native script, or 2. [we need a name for this]
core mechanics for this wallet to be packaged into Mesh SDK so anyone can adopt this standard and build their multisig wallet
