I've added the property
IgnoreTaskbarOnMaximizethat allows the window to go completely fullscreen and ignore the Taskbar when set to true.I've also abused the existing checkbox in the MetroDemo to add a switch for this behavior.
I don't attach a screenshot because...well, it looks just like a window without the taskbar :)
Oh, and please tell me if I should change the name of the property, nothing better came to my mind...
