Unable to add MeSH Subjects with qualifiers

For tracking purposes, please create a separate issue for each indexing improvement request.

• Please describe the expected performance and accuracy of a particular vocabulary.

We are unable to locate and add MeSH subjects that contain qualifiers (subdivisions). For example we want to use Dementia/therapy (i.e.., Dementia--therapy) The only option we have to retrieve is Dementia without any qualifiers/subheadings. We can see they exist from the contextual information provided, but cannot access them.
