Part of #599 / #624. Passive .md and .json evidence only. Nothing is admitted, scanned or behaviorally validated, and no repository runtime is added.

Reviews

  • Coverage: all 313 remaining pinned github/awesome-copilot skill packages (177 single-file, 136 multi-file), each reviewed as a complete package.
    • Every record has exact pin, blob and tree; the bundled files; license scope including package-local licenses; a 10-dimension grade with rationale; authority and privacy findings; capability mapping; a disposition; and behavioral_validation: not-run.
  • Decisions: 194 REFERENCE-ONLY and 119 REJECT unchanged.
  • Static threshold signal: 73 packages score at least 15/20 with no hard fail and minimum dimension scores met. This is computed by the integration owner and is not verification.
  • Hard fails:
    • 47 authority (unconfirmed pushes and PRs, cloud/tenant/Store/DNS changes, destructive file operations, persistent memory writes);
    • 10 remote-code;
    • 6 privacy egress;
    • 4 license conflicts;
    • 4 embedded instructions;
    • various secret-handling defects.
  • Quality control: a second-pass, three-reviewer adjudication covered 97 REFERENCE-ONLY records. In all, 28 overrides are recorded: 19 floor demotions, 7 added hard fails and 3 threshold withdrawals.

Accounting

  • Awesome Copilot: 119 → 432/432, fully dispositioned.
  • Four-source current-standard decisions: 3,405 → 3,718 of 4,813 (1,095 remaining, all in j4flmao and OpenAI Plugins).
  • Frontier fix: the AC direct-shape counters in the frontier file were stale (86/329); corrected.
  • Unchanged: governed records stay at 1,039; the eligible denominator remains unknown.
