All nine canonical SKILL.md blob SHA identities fetched at registered OpenAI source pin 0722921d5542fc593105c27bd52630babd8b8c2a; macro shared dependency/authority/privacy review, targeted deep reads of Slides API, persistence, WebGL scene QA and E2E references. Complete per-package tree SHAs and individual path freshness not independently established in this source-vetting pass. Plugin MIT manifest lacks controlling redistribution license text, so NOASSERTION for copying, no vendoring or unchanged-use approval. Candidate scores are static judgments, not governed semantic verification or scanner evidence.

Remote saved-view persistence and Google Slides API writes need separate scoped authorization; WebGL render-ready, scene ownership and coordinate QA, typed state, uncertainty honesty and accessible scrollytelling are valuable reference prior art. Broader distinct discovered skill denominator remains unknown: 169/169 is only 22 scoped plugin families; 536 raw OpenAI plugin SKILL.md paths are not canonical distinct-skill count.
