Partial lazy HDF5 tree parsing

Sometimes I have large .mat files, but I would like to only read a part of the file.

I noticed the following interface in mat7.3:

vars = mat73.loadmat('data.mat', only_include = ['var/subvar/subsubvar', 'tree1/'])

Would be nice to support some day in MAT.jl too
