The right-hand side of the linear equality constraints was not updated with OrthogonalCollocation in these two cases :

  1. with estim::InternalModel
  2. with nint_ym=0 and nint_u=0 options

It should be always updated with this transcription method. This is a bugfix.

1- with `InternalModel`
2- if `nint_ym=0` and `nint_u=0`
