Description

Closes #2284.

• Fix: Method._missing_ now also looks up _value2member_map_ with the upper-cased value before minting an unregistered member, so a hyphenated method like baseline-control resolves to its real member (with its registry idempotent/safe flags) in any case.
• Fail-without-fix: 5 failed on origin/main. Passing on the rebased head.

• Confirmed: every casing of baseline-control/version-control (32,768 + 16,384 combinations) resolves to the real member with its registry flags; Method.get stays case-sensitive (fix(const): Method.get is case-insensitive, but RFC 9110 makes the method token case-sensitive #896/fix(const): Method.get never checks values, so BASELINE-CONTROL and VERSION-CONTROL mis-resolve #908 unaffected); the vendor template and generated const file match byte-exact. Fail-without-fix: 5 failed on origin/main. On the head, 265+295 passed.
• Required: add a note to docs/source/pcapkit/const/http.rst's versionchanged:: 1.5.0 block, next to fix(const): Method.get never checks values, so BASELINE-CONTROL and VERSION-CONTROL mis-resolve #908's sibling entry — the const/vendor: drop version directives from the generated tables and their templates #1884 ruling puts user-visible const changes there.

Amended 501a9f17c → 78543cb33: added a paragraph for #2284 to docs/source/pcapkit/const/http.rst's versionchanged:: 1.5.0 block, next to #908's sibling entry. Left the changelog as N/A — the #908 sibling fix didn't get one either. test_no_version_directives_in_generated_tables_1884_unit.py, test_docs_internal_refs_1940_unit.py and test_docstring_contract.py give 21 passed.
