Describe the bug
padding: BytesField(length=2) in the secrets schemas (pcapkit/protocols/schema/misc/pcapng.py:2105-2109) is included in secrets_length. The spec: Secrets Length is "without any padding octets".

To Reproduce

NWK in  ... 4b574e5a 12000000 <18 octets> 0000 ...   rebuilds secrets_length 0x14
APS in  ... 5350415a 16000000 <22 octets> 0000 ...   rebuilds secrets_length 0x18

Expected behavior
Secrets Length stays 18 and 22.

Found by the misc round-trip audit (#1202). The repro was re-checked by an independent verifier, and I re-ran it on main at 11ae68ebf.
