fix(http): HTTP.from_data raises 'invalid HTTP version: 0' #1154

Closed

Description

@JarryShaw

Describe the bug
from_data on an HTTP payload raises ProtocolError('invalid HTTP version: 0'). A sweep of examples/captures/ hit it in http.pcap (222 frames), options-transport.pcap (10) and test.pcap (3).

Expected behavior
HTTP.from_data(http.info) rebuilds the payload, or delegates to the version-specific class.

Additional context
Found by the #1150 investigation. #1153 edits http.py, so coordinate with it.

    Blocked until #1153 merges, because it edits pcapkit/protocols/application/http.py.

    Unblocked: #1153 merged at 22:38Z, so http.py is free. A worker is on it now.
