Thunderstore mod manager support #7
Description
Assuming the process hasn't changed since I did it for GDWeave, we'll need to start publishing GDPatch to Thunderstore, hit up someone to make it visible across communities, and PR support to popular mod managers like r2modman and Gale (from my understanding r2mm changes get dragged into the Thunderstore app). I feel a bit awkward having to PR GDPatch support to the popular mod managers when I said GDWeave would support multiple game versions... oops!
We should also maybe consider other modding sites, though I don't really know of any that have fancy cross-ecosystem mod managers?

We still need to set up our publishing pipeline and get at least one community using GDPatch first, though.
