Summary

  • add a ROCm CI workflow for the W7900D self-hosted runner
  • add the corresponding ROCm 10.0.0 Dockerfile for CI and development use

We tested the setup on both W7900D and R9700; see Actions on our fork.

The W7900D runner should keep the default labels self-hosted, linux, and x64, and add the custom labels rocm-ci, gfx1100, and w7900d.

A complete ROCm test run requires the follow-up ROCm support PRs.

FlashML-org#460 and FlashML-org#502 (DeepSeek V4.1 / V4-Flash vision) were rejected only because the
models do not fit this machine; that says nothing about the patches. Deferred
until after the queue. FlashML-org#535 (ROCm CI) deferred with FlashML-org#217.

Update the AMD runtime and device-all recipe; accept matching torchvision 0.29.0a0.
Keep W7900D installation and standard pytest runs inline, with AIME enabled by default.
Summarize available JUnit results and surface pytest failures in Actions logs.
Use one 180-minute job limit, best-effort summary and container-root cleanup.
