Cn-matrix testing in the aux_clm test-suites #2450

We are opening an issue to increase visibility on this topic.
@ekluzek started by making a list of prospective aux_clm cn-matrix tests by copying the current list of aux_clm Bgc tests.
@ekluzek and @slevis-lmwg met and then @ekluzek, @wwieder, and @slevis-lmwg met and paired down the list from over 200 to 54 tests. The latest list with notes appears in a google doc.
