   We could also automate container building completely by creating a action that created the dockerfile automatically. With base image as input, just copy all and rely on .dockerignore and use uv for package management.

   i'm pushing against trying to standardize too much here before the actual patterns emerge, atm imo the python actions are yagni or need an ADR so we can enforce it company wide

   edit: nvm changed my mind, leaving them as opt in defaults is totally fine, just should not become self serving or hard requirements (at least for now)
