Calling account intents changed in android 17 beta

when i use adb to open calling accounts settings it says:
Starting: Intent { act=android.intent.action.MAIN cmp=com.android.server.telecom/.settings.EnableAccountPreferenceActivity } Error type 3 Error: Activity class {com.android.server.telecom/com.android.server.telecom.settings.EnableAccountPreferenceActivity} does not exist.
edit: i'm using android 17 beta

@0xygen33 could you try running this command via adb:
adb shell telecom set-phone-account-enabled com.upnp.fakeCall/.FakeCallConnectionService true
and give me the output/ try if it works then?

it doesn't do anything. there's no error in ADB, but nothing changes in the app

@0xygen33 Could you try this command please: adb shell am start -a android.intent.action.MAIN -n com.android.server.telecomui/.settings.EnableAccountPreferenceActivity

It’s just one change in the command, but it could be that they changed it. So please try

@0xygen33 could you try this version and tell me if it works (without using the command)? Uninstall the old version and install the new version, so that permissions reset
