CVE-2026-111497 is an out-of-bounds write in the Brotli decoder bundled with Node.js, fixed upstream on 2026-10-21 (fixed releases 22.23.4, 24.22.1, 26.12.1; Node 20.x and older get no fix). This PR moves the pinned runtime here to a fixed release.
