## Summary of changes
Export required symbols and, in addition to change the profiler's state,
update thread context (span and more) following the OTel specification.
## Reason for change
Support OTel thread context propagation based on (OTEP 4947)
## Implementation details
- export required symbols
- add a new configuration settings to enable this feature
- propagate the per thread tracing context to the specified shared
structure
## Test coverage
Tests have been added and updated when needed
