Lead Architect & Systems Reverse-Engineer
"Hardware limitations are just software problems waiting for a translation layer."
Building translation layers that allow CUDA first AI and rendering software yo execute on non NVIDIA hardware with minimal overhead AMD (ROCm/HIP) and Intel (Level Zero) architectures.
- Translation Layers: PTX-to-SPIRV mapping, dynamic CUDA-to-HIP syntax translation, and ZLUDA bridging.
- Kernel Hooking: JIT-compiling C++ hypervisor stubs for hardware spoofing and NVML telemetry interception.
- Environment Sandboxing: Automated dependency resolution and isolated system-level runtime states.
- Phase 1: Core environment sandboxing and dynamic NVML spoofing.
- Phase 2: AMD ROCm optimization and hardware-level masking.
- Phase 3 (Active): Getting a working viewport aswell as External Memory Handoffs.
- Phase 4: Getting AI Denoisers to work aswell as frame gen and other upscaling technologys
- Phase 5: System wide GUI overhaul and performance benchmark suite.
- Final Target: Jugend forscht 2027.
