warning about DisatchQuenue.global(priority)

My iOS Deployment Target is 9.0. There are 10 warning about DisatchQuenue.global(priority).

In order to support older OS versions, I'm using the older queue priorities. I haven't found a great way to suppress these warnings, yet maintain compatibility with older OS versions.
