Add header text (Toolbar) breaks with non default zoom value

Chrome & Chrome OS. I use a zoom value ranging from 110% to 125% to see my apps.

The Add header text on the toolbar does not handle non default zoom value.

I’m looking into this and plan to submit a focused PR shortly via IssueHunt.

Plan:

• reproduce the toolbar/header text overlap at 110%+ browser zoom on the current app build
• trace the affected toolbar layout constraints and patch it with the smallest CSS / component sizing change that keeps default zoom untouched
• verify the header text remains readable and correctly aligned across a few common zoom levels before opening the PR

Quick progress update: I've traced the likely fix path locally.

Current plan:

• keep the change narrow to the topbar breadcrumb layout
• patch width/overflow behavior in src/design/components/organisms/Topbar/index.tsx and src/design/components/organisms/Topbar/molecules/TopbarBreadcrumb.tsx
• verify the header remains readable at a few non-default zoom levels without changing the default layout

I'll aim for a small PR via IssueHunt rather than a broader toolbar refactor.
