上游 vllm-project/speculators v0.9.0 将 --skip-token-freq 默认改为 True，prepare-data 默认不再写 token_freq.pt；本 quick start 训练 不使用 reduced vocabulary，token_freq.pt 仅作「数据已落盘」校验。 改为只校验数据集行数（load_from_disk），删掉对 token_freq.pt 的 torch.load 校验。
