[Feature]: Replace one-time dialogs and permissions with app intro

Feature description

Currently, when a user installs and opens the application for the first time, the IDE shows a number of dialogs for unsupported ABI, permissions, statistics, etc. This can be replaced with AppIntro for a better user experience.

What version of AndroidIDE you're using?
