modded launcher hotkeys issue #355

spacebar toggles local mods, left/right arrow keys change mod order, even if the search field is focused (when typing space characters or moving the caret)

it also doesn't seem to check if there is a mod selected, so clicking the spacebar crashes the game in func _on_ModDisableButton_pressed() (but only in godot editor)
