Never lose coding passion

I fell in love with computers at the age of 12 and built my first website (with far too many nested tables 😅) at 13. That passion never left — it simply grew into a career.

Today, I'm a Microsoft MVP in Microsoft Foundry (AI) & Developer Technologies, and the founder and Senior Technical Architect of Sense of Tech, my Belgium-based company focused on software craftsmanship, .NET, DevOps (Azure DevOps & GitHub) and AI. Through Sense of Tech, I help medium and large enterprises improve their efficiency — and I'm increasingly wearing the Forward Deployed Engineer hat, working hands-on with teams to turn modern engineering practices and AI into real, shipped value.

Before going independent, I worked as a consultant at Trasys (now part of KEYES, formerly the NRB group) on industrial projects, and as an Enterprise Lead Designer at Ingenico, customizing an ePayment platform for international clients such as Carrefour.

Over the years, I've had the chance to work with organizations of all sizes — from local ventures like Salade2Fruit to major players such as Audi, AXA Bank, ORES and Microsoft.

What drives me is sharing: conferences, workshops, technical articles… as they say, "we learn something new every day" — and I love being part of that, both as a learner and as a teacher.

• 🇧🇪 Co-organizer of DevDay, the Belgian developer conference in Mons — 600+ developers, ~40 sessions, and a lot of community spirit.
• 🎧 Co-host and presenter of DevApps.
• 🎤 Regular speaker on .NET and the C# language, as well as GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps & GitHub Actions, Playwright, Semantic Kernel & RAG, and database migrations.
• 🧑‍🏫 I also run hands-on workshops and trainings to help teams level up.
