Moves fork-required pull request validation off unavailable Blacksmith capacity and onto GitHub-hosted runners.

Scope

  • PR management
  • unit and E2E matrices on Linux and Windows
  • typecheck
  • Nix evaluation

Workflow matrices and test commands are unchanged.

GitHub-hosted parity

GitHub-hosted images did not provide a reliable system rg, so concurrent OpenCode fallback downloads raced in a shared cache. Commit 0545266b1 provisions official ripgrep 15.2.0 on Linux and Windows with official SHA-256 verification, safe cache miss/hit/corrupt-hit recovery, and correct PATH setup.

The same commit pins external actions to immutable SHAs, pins Node 24.19.0, hardens Bun cache keys, and prevents pull-request cache writes. It changes only:

  • .github/actions/setup-bun/action.yml
  • .github/workflows/test.yml

Independent final review: 0 P0, 0 P1, 0 P2. The exact transfer patch SHA-256 was 6e120f7ffc9bd6baa0a80f2ea109ddc552b98b65f5e84b41205fc0e96013a10f.

Activation rule

The pull_request_target PR-management workflow is default-branch controlled. It becomes effective for future PR events only after this PR merges into dev. The test workflow changes execute on this PR head and provide direct CI evidence before merge.
