Could we get an AI chatbot that can answer questions about a project by digesting the code / PRs / issues / discussions / wiki? Like it could be something that is above the README on the landing page.

This is a really useful idea for large projects. It could save developers a lot of time by answering questions based on the repository's actual code, issues, and documentation. I think keeping the answers linked to the relevant files or documentation would also make it easier to verify whether the AI's response is correct.
