Account suspended, but then partialy restored?

Hello,

I'm using my secondary account, on behalf of the main account I have to post this.

A few days ago, I had my main account @vonschappler suspended and opened a ticket, with the id #4729840.

The support team answered me with:

But 14h has passed from the answer above and all tries for me to log into my account, falls into it still beind suspended, as shown below:

I had already notified the problem directly answering to the ticket, but that was not yet fixed, what to do now?
I mean, how an account is "said to be restored" (with full access to it), if the user can't login into that because it says "it's still suspended"?

I also had tried to change password (as I thought that it was locked because the password was removed from it when the account was restored), but I get no emails from github with instructions to change the password, by the way.

Could someone guide me, as I am out of ideas and in need to get back to my work, or maybe someone from the support/staff team (@github-staff) reading the discussions to give it a check on that for me please and provide also access for me to log in on the account?

Ah, I forgot to mention that any other applications and websites that I have access via SSO connected to Github are now locked out for me because of this... So this is really a urgent cause to be solved!
