GitHub Support hasn't responded in 2 weeks — account suspended, no explanation, and it's wrecked my work #206593

That sounds really frustrating, especially when a suspension is blocking production deployments and access to important repositories. I’d keep following up on the existing ticket rather than creating multiple new cases, while making sure your team has backups of anything critical that it can access elsewhere. In general, relying on a single source for important information can create unnecessary risk, whether it’s GitHub access or something time-sensitive like the gold rate in dubai Hopefully Support can provide a clear explanation and resolution soon. |

This is a public forum, and the community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket, but we can assure you it is in the right place. There are an extremely high volume of Support tickets right now, yours will be answered in the order it was received based on the amount of tickets ahead of yours. Please open only one ticket per request. As no other Community Discussions team members will be able to provide additional help with account related questions I am going to close this discussion. We appreciate your understanding and patience while Support works through your request! |

Has anyone actually gotten a response from GitHub Support recently? Starting to wonder if there's a trick to it I'm missing.
My account was suspended without explanation, right after I fixed a 2FA access issue — and it's now been two weeks of complete silence. So far I've:
This has completely blocked my team's production deployments and repo access. Two weeks of delays, missed timelines, and having to explain to my own team why we're stuck — all over an unexplained suspension nobody will address. I've offered full identity verification to speed things along, but still nothing back.
Has anyone else dealt with a suspension like this? Specifically:
Did replying more/less frequently make any difference, or does it just reset the queue?
Is there an actual escalation path for suspended accounts, or is the public ticket system really the only option?
Roughly how long did it take for someone to respond in your case?
