Initiallize data dynamically for TreeMap chart

Hi!
I´m implementing the TreeMap chart plugin into my project but I have no idea if it´s posible to initilize data values dynamically. I´m sending a model through Ajax and I want to generate the chart data dynamically ¿Is it posible? ¿How should i cast my model into the object that the chart requires?
