PR Description

Add gui.sidePanelMaxWidth to limit the width of the left side section on wide terminals. The value is measured in terminal columns, including borders. The default of 0 disables the cap. When configured, the section uses the smaller of its existing proportional allocation and the maximum width. The cap applies in normal landscape mode. Portrait, enlarged, and full-screen layouts retain their existing behavior. Also fix zero-valued integer defaults in the configuration documentation generator so the generated example correctly displays sidePanelMaxWidth: 0.
