[BUG]: Unexpected/potentially incorrect count in Logs volume/Logs list #2049

Two symptoms:

• Potential descrepancy between the Volume count and the logs in display (independent of line limit)
• Returning to a previous Logs exploration within the same time range and seeing different count/results
• Rounding of counts: show the actual accurate count.
